Gorjana is a west-coast jewelry brand, started by Gorjana Reidel. She uses delicate pieces that encourages layering, and incorporates different materials that establish femininity and adventure

Clean-lined design makes each piece a modern classic.

To build Gorjana's site, we focused every aspect on the user experience. We improved the checkout experience with an automated customer return portal and improved the online customer service experience. We added product reviews, built live engraving previews on product pages, and included a layering guide for improved product bundling. We wanted the user experience to represent the Gorjana brand through design and functionality: sleek and modern, yet timeless and versatile.


Carrying over the in-person shopping experience to the web

We took Gorjana through a full design, build, and launch, meeting stringent timelines to launch the site for the 2019 new year. We built on Shopify’s native features in addition to a few of our own, adding a unique touch to an entirely custom front-end theme.


Timeless classics, with a new-age customizing experience

Gorjana’s online store is classic Shopify with a couple of twists. First, we developed a custom app that lets users customize their jewelry in real-time, and allows Gorjana to manage these custom products seamlessly and efficiently. Then we integrated a wholesale store for third party retailers to log in and keep their shelves full of Gorjana inventory.
